Some of the services we provide are not funded by the NHS so we have to make a charge for them.

This includes employment, HGV and taxi medicals, fostering medicals, completion of fitness to travel certificates and private insurance claim forms. You will also be asked to pay for the completion of a holiday cancellation form, and also if you request a private letter from your doctor.

Prices are available from reception or by clicking on the link below. We require payment in advance. Please note that a cancellation fee applies to all medical examination appointments.
