If you need to speak to us urgently between 08:00 and 08:30 or between 18:00 and 18:30 we are available on the telephone.

We also offer extended access, pre-bookable, routine appointments and telephone consultations outside our core hours as follows:

Monday evening from 18:30 (telephone)

Tuesday morning from 07:00

Wednesday evening from 18:30 (telephone)

Thursday evening from 18:30

Friday evening from 18:30 (telephone)

Saturday morning (shared with the other Lancing Practices)

If you need medical assistance outside of normal surgery hours dial 111. Calls to this number are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
